I was asked by Vanessa Auger to mention an art-themed fundraiser that will take place this Sunday. It's for a good cause (the UNICEF Tap Project and UNICEF’s Japan Relief) so here's the details:

Buy a $40 ticket and they will provide you with an umbrella to paint. (They allow up to 4 artists per umbrella if you want to team up.) The money raised from each umbrella created will provide a child with clean drinking water for 4 years!
