Saturday, October 2nd, 10am - 6pm Art on the Avenue, the region's top multicultural arts festival, will return to an in-person festival for its 26th year. The event takes place the first Saturday in October, rain or shine, in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia.
