This is Rockville's biggest party of the year!  There will be many entertainers, artisan vendors, children's rides, the Taste of Rockville, and free music concerts by the Lloyd Dobler Effect, The Nighthawks, Bob Schneider, and George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic (plus many more!)
