"losing something you never had" is an installation inspired by the artist’s uncle who was lost at sea during the Vietnam War. The installation will be comprised of sculptures, videos, artifacts and photographs. Objects range from documents and maps related to the event to his uncle’s personal effects, but go beyond documentation to offer a broader meditation on loss and searching.
